Tristan: Personally I think this is nuts! 12 year old girl took her dad to court for being grounded for 3 days? Are you fricken' kidding me? I'd be curious what you guys think. I don't know the details of the case but from what I know it seems slightly ludicrous. What has happened to the value of parents raising there children? How can you teach boundaries if all of a sudden 6th graders are legally independent to a degree?
